Condition & Edge Thickness Guide

THE TRAVENTURIA FLEET STANDARD:
These skis come directly from our professional rental centers (operated up to a maximum of 100 days).

📏 TRANSPARENT RULER MEASUREMENT:
We do not use stock photos. Because edge wear varies from ski to ski, our workshop photographs the actual steel edge of THIS exact pair against a millimeter ruler (see photos #10–12). What you see in the photos is the exact edge remaining.

🤖 AUTOMATED ROBOTIC TUNING:
Before dispatch, every ski undergoes complete servicing on our automated workshop robots:
• Stone-ground base structure (ready for all snow conditions).
• Precision edge sharpening and beveling.
• Fresh machine hot wax applied.
Your skis arrive 100% Ready to Ride straight out of the box!

Specification:

The HEAD 500 4D BOA is an all-mountain snowboard boot built around comfort, quick adjustment, and long-term durability. It is designed to accommodate beginner to intermediate-to-advanced riders who want a hassle-free fit that supports progression without foot fatigue.

Key Features & Technologies

1. BOA® Coiler Lacing System

Quick Micro-Adjustment: Uses a dial-and-cable system so you can tighten or loosen the boot instantly with standard gloves on.
Automatic Cable Rewind: The spring-loaded BOA® Coiler™ mechanism automatically takes up lace slack as you push in and turn the dial, distributing pressure evenly across the boot tongue to avoid pinch points.

2. 4D Fit Technology & Heel Support

Anatomical Foot Support: HEAD’s 4D Fit optimizes the interior shape to mirror natural foot contours, maximizing responsiveness and board control.
Injected Heel Section: Reinforced plastic around the heel pocket keeps your heel locked down securely (preventing heel-lift when turning) while adding structural durability.

3. Comfort, Cushioning & Liner

Heat-Moldable Liner: Conforms to your foot over time (or via heat-molding) to eliminate hot spots.
Polygiene Antimicrobial Treatment: Integrated liner fabric treatment resists odor-causing bacteria over long days on the mountain.
3D FPG Insole: Ergonomic footbed with arch support and deep heel cupping to reduce foot fatigue.
Vibration Damping: Internal shock-absorbing zones cushion heavy landings and smooth out chatter on hardpack or icy conditions.

4. Durable Shell & Outsole

Explorer Rubber Outsole: Durable rubber tread that offers solid traction when walking across icy parking lots or hiking to terrain.
Rubber Toecap: Vulcanized rubber toe cap reinforces the high-wear zone wh
