No matter which method you use, you will find a variety of sorting functions to help you find what you are looking for.

If you would like to learn more information about an item you see on traventuriasports.com, simply click on the item. This will take you to a product detail page that provides a complete description of the product, show any available pictures and availability of sizes and colors of the items. There are different size guides and filters that can help you on your way to choose which is the right product for you. If you still don’t find the information that you are looking for, you can send us a message with your questions, by submitting the form, that you can find on the product page.

I want to cancel my order, can I do it?

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Status Updates

When you first place your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with-in 24 hours.  We do our best to ship the skis on the same working day.

Please, kindly note that all the skis and boards are getting serviced before being dispatched and in some cases, the time difference affects the shipping process.

Due to the fact that we have many storage departments, combining the order (if possible), may cause a delay in the shipping process.

 

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number (if applicable).

Tracking Your Order

Some tracking services only provide proof of delivery and will not provide any information about the package until it is delivered. Sometimes it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carriers tracking system. You order may not be traceable at this time.

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.

Can I pay with PayPal without having a PayPal account?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal. It is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

What happens if my order is damaged or lost?

Traventuria Sports is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
