The "B.Y.S." acronym stands for Boot Your Size, HEAD's color-coded sizing architecture used in their rental and demo programs. It combines forgiving retail geometry with heavy-duty construction built for multiple seasons of resort use.

• Target Skier: Beginner to intermediate skiers seeking a forgiving platform that helps build carving fundamentals without causing foot or knee strain.

• Flex Rating (80 Flex): A soft-to-medium flex rating. It provides enough forward give to absorb shocks and allow easy knee flexion while remaining responsive enough for controlled turns on groomed snow.

• Last Width (Fit): High-volume 102 mm to 104 mm last. This wide fit eliminates squeezing in the forefoot and toe box, reducing hot spots and maintaining healthy blood circulation for warm feet.

• Tri-Injected Energy Frame: HEAD’s multi-density shell construction places softer plastic over the instep (for easy entry) and stiffer plastic along the spine for responsive power transfer down to the edges.

• Easy Entry Shell Design: Deep plastic cutouts along the throat of the shell make stepping into and out of the boot effortless, even on cold mornings.

• Closure System: 4 micro-adjustable alloy buckles paired with a Supermacro Ratchet (a tooth-and-ladder catch on the upper cuff providing up to 28 mm of instant calf width adjustment).

• Double Canting: Side cuff alignment screws that allow adjustment of the upper cuff angle to accommodate bow-legged or knock-kneed stances.
