Ex-Rental boots, from our Rental Center. Boots are in condition as shown in the pictures (Zoom in for details). They are fully functional, but used. In rare cases they may have chips, scratches, and other wear and tear common on used rental equipment, such as permanent markers, stickers, or other writing on them. Cosmetic and non-functional details (tips, signature badges etc) might be broken or missing. They are sold as seen in the pictures. Please go through all the pictures prior to making a purchase. We will ship the exact same boots you see on the pictures.

Specification:The Salomon Quest Access R80 (also known as the QST Access 80 R) is a men's/unisex all-mountain ski boot built with a strong emphasis on walking mobility, effortless entry, and all-day, high-volume comfort.
The "R" (or RTL) designation denotes a Rental / Demo build, while the "80" flex provides a soft-to-medium forward bend tailored for beginner to solid intermediate skiers.
Key Specifications & Features
Target Skier: Beginner to progressive intermediate skiers who want a relaxed boot for cruising green and blue resort trails.
Flex Index (80 Flex): A soft-to-medium progressive flex. It is easy on the shins and knees, forgiving minor balance mistakes while offering enough stiffness to drive skis through clean turn initiations.
Last Width (Fit): Ultra-wide 104 mm last. Provides high internal volume, allowing ample space for wider foot shapes and high insteps while maximizing blood flow for extra foot warmth.

Hike & Ride / Quest Technology: Includes a release lever on the back of the upper cuff:
Hike Mode: Disengages the spine to allow natural forward/backward ankle motion when walking across icy parking lots or climbing lodge stairs.
Ski Mode: Locks the upper cuff to the lower shell for solid energy transmission to the ski edges.
3-Buckle Closure System: Features 2 micro-adjustable alloy forefoot buckles + 1 large upper ratchet buckle. The top ratchet catch adjusts quickly to accommodate thicker calf profiles without forcing heavy lever tension.
Easy Step-In Construction: Engineered with softer plastic over the instep overlap, allowing the tongue to fold wide forward so your foot slides in and out without resistance.
My Custom Fit / Woolmetal Liner: Incorporates dense thermal insulation (often featuring Woolmetal metallic-foil wrapping) to trap foot heat during cold weather days.
