Rossignol Hero E-AT 2017/18 Review

by Annie Krumova on October 08, 2020

No matter which year it is, one of the most sought after models in our Rental Centers remains the greatest Hero- Rossignol Hero E-AT.

One of the best sides of this racing model is its lightness compared to other models with nearly the same performance.

The model is recommended for advanced to expert skiers and it’s best suited for freshly maintained ski slopes. However, the skis handle really well rougher slopes, which is usually the case when it comes to not-early-morning-skiing in the famous ski resorts.

In stock on https://traventuriasports.com/, we have the model in a big variety of sizes: from 139 cm to 175 cm and with bindings for everyone’s needs- Salomon, Rossignol, Look or Dynastar. However, if you liked a certain pair of skis, but the bindings are not your cup of tea, just contact us and our ski technicians will make a change and the necessary adjustments.

Characteristics:

Rossignol Hero EAT delivers optimized edge grip, precision, balance, and power thanks to the sidewall construction and the layering of core materials such as wood, fiberglass, etc.

The good balance of weight, dampness, and elasticity, agility, and playfulness are achieved through the poplar wood core; the high resistance, convenient weight, the tensile strength, and the low thermal expansion through the carbon.

The skis are a real trail rocker so maneuvering with them is a piece of cake, although Rossignol Hero is a GS model.

Test on snow:

The first advantage every skier will notice is the comfort even before reaching the snow. Rossignol Hero is one of the lightest models we have in stock. On slopes, the skiers can be confident as the skis perform with exceptional precision and good stability without tiring the skier. The waist of the skis will get you through the imperfections in the snow without even noticing them. To get the maximum of your experience with the Heroes, it’s best to get on top when the weather is cold and the slopes are well-groomed.

The radius of the skis is designed for medium-sized carving turns and fits best nimble skiing style, so inexperienced skiers should bet on skis with a smaller radius. Cruising with Rossignol Hero is enjoyable on red and black slopes.

To get the maximum of the day with them, a skier better holds on to on-piste skiing. Rossignol Hero skis are purely designed to enjoy maintained snow and off-piste is a highly raised bar. Don’t worry if you are an adventurous off-piste skier- we have a big variety of skis to match your style on https://traventuriasports.com/.
